Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you haven’t experienced the ease and effectiveness of n.ow. tone therapy system within 90 days of receipt, we will refund your purchase price in full.

In the unlikely event you decide to return your n.o.w. tone therapy system for a refund we will donate it to a PTSD, hospice or teen anxiety program. We will also make some refurbished sets available at a discounted price.
