We recognize sound and vibration as vital to all of life. We conceived original structures to bring the healing power of sound directly to you. Our goal is to help relieve your brain and attune your body and being to a more harmonious state, ultimately assisting you to open the doorway into all that you are.
All you have to do is listen.
Since our company, and mission, was born, solu has not stopped proving itself as a singular answer to stress—and a doorway to self-growth—that has moved far beyond even our own.

The intention of our very small but driven team is to remain heart first in connect. Then, we trust what comes. We have discovered that this allows for undeniable truth in every interaction, solution found, and decision that we make.

Michael Joly - Founder / CEO
Michael Joly has designed professional and consumer audio products and is a psychoacoustics researcher. He co-developer n.o.w.® Tone Therapy™ System and led its reduction-to-engineering practice and manufacturing. Prior to solu he pioneered the business of providing hot rod modifications to inexpensive stock microphones––thus delivering the qualities of rare, vintage mics at low cost. Michael has long immersed himself in the study of perennial philosophy and the intersection of sound & consciousness. He believes the heart must lead the mind; in that race, he claims he’s neck and neck with his heart pulling ahead.
Alene Sibley - n.o.w. Co-Developer & SVP
As an intuitive coach for individuals, Alene Sibley has spent over twenty years immersed in the psychology of chronic, problematic worry. Working with clients vulnerable to and preoccupied with a variety of stressors, she developed tactics for mindfulness through listening techniques. Practicing numerous healing modalities as applied for her clients (always with a preference for an effective hack), Alene explored ways to make healing and growth easier and faster. Her knowledge of the human condition combines at solu with communication and design skills, product innovations, and a steering of the company’s mission and messaging. In other words, she is the vocal—and effective—backseat driver at solu.
Ruane Sibley - Operations Lead, Voice Content Talent & Developer
Ruane is an empathic leader with a passion for people and customer success. With over twenty years in design consultation, conference and event planning, and business development, Ruane has demonstrable achievements as our “Chief People Officer.” Ruane is active in community outreach, and brings to solu a history as an exceptional communicator capable of creating and maintaining connections at all levels. Ruane is also solu’s in-house voice talent––lending her uniquely mellifluous sound to our ads, Tone Therapy™ for Alexa and other voice-based products in development.
